Monitoring Greenhouse Gas Emissions
Korea Zinc manages greenhouse gas emissions in close cooperation with the business sites and the head office.
The organization in charge and each operation line manages the greenhouse gas of the business site and monitors the CO2 emission and energy use indicators by sector. In addition, Korea Zinc prepares an ‘Energy Use Performance Report’ containing major climate change-related issues, such as energy reduction activities and the status of development of reduction technologies every month and conduct an energy meeting to report it to the CEO's technical office and the CEO.
